Question 1

What does JR Whitfield cater for?

Accepted Answer

JR Whitfield describes catering for corporate teams and meetings, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, treats and boxed lunches.

Question 2

Can I ask about a wedding, private dinner or another event?

Accepted Answer

The quote request form lets you describe a private dinner, wedding, corporate gala, experiential station, or another event type. Those are inquiry categories; JR Whitfield must confirm whether your event and requested services can be accommodated. Share your plans in the quote request form.

Question 3

Do I need to choose a menu before I inquire?

Accepted Answer

No menu choice is needed to inquire. Share ingredients, cuisines or food traditions you would like considered, along with dietary needs or preferences. Specific menu choices and accommodations must be confirmed directly with JR Whitfield. Add your notes in the quote request form.

Question 4

Can I share allergies or dietary preferences?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The inquiry form has a field for dietary needs or preferences. Sharing a note lets JR Whitfield review it, but no specific accommodation is promised until the details are confirmed. Include your notes in the quote request form.

Question 5

How can I describe the hospitality or service I have in mind?

Accepted Answer

Use the service notes field to describe timing, staffing, setup or other needs. The form also asks whether you are interested in exploring an interactive or live-action station. These details are for planning; JR Whitfield must confirm what may fit your event. Share them in the quote request form.

Question 6

Where can I find catering prices?

Accepted Answer

The available company information does not publish catering prices. The inquiry form asks for an estimated overall catering budget and includes a “Still exploring” option; its ranges are planning examples, not menu prices or a quote. Use the quote request form to share your event details.

Question 7

What should I include in a quote request?

Accepted Answer

The form asks for your event date, U.S. city and state, approximate guest count, event type and contact details. You can also describe the atmosphere, culinary interests, dietary needs, service details, interest in an interactive station and estimated budget. No menu choice or quote is needed to inquire. Start with the quote request form.

Question 8

Does submitting an inquiry confirm my date or booking?

Accepted Answer

No. The quote form states that an inquiry is not a confirmed booking or final price. JR Whitfield reviews the details and follows up using the contact information you provide.
